Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If there’s an issue, here’s how we handle returns and refunds:

1. Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items, such as customized goods, cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

4. Exchanges

If an item is damaged or defective, we’ll happily exchange it for the same item.

5. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are paid by you.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
